1. Website and applications

You agree to provide accurate information when applying, tracking an application or contacting the school. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.

2. Programs and schedules

Course content, schedules, learning modes, fees and intake availability may change when necessary. Confirm final information in your official admission communication before making arrangements.

3. Fees and payment

Only use payment channels formally communicated by Briwnet School. Admission messages will describe applicable fees, deadlines and any refund conditions.

4. Learning conduct

Learners must act respectfully, complete work honestly and use cybersecurity or technical knowledge lawfully. Unauthorized access, harassment, plagiarism and misuse of school resources are prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

School materials remain the property of Briwnet School or their respective owners. Learners retain ownership of original project work subject to any third-party tools, assets or team agreements used.

6. Certificates and outcomes

Certificates are issued only when stated requirements are met. Training improves knowledge and practical readiness but does not guarantee employment, income, clients or business outcomes.

7. Referral codes

Referral codes identify registered marketers or partners. Codes must not be misrepresented, sold or used for misleading claims. The school may suspend a code where misuse is suspected.
